Refund Policy
Activity fees are not prorated for limited participation. Our staff is paid to serve you for the designated time. Extreme weather or water conditions may cause activity to be postponed or rescheduled.
If activity is cancelled by Cutter Aquatics due to insufficient participation or other conditions a full refund will be made.
Individual refund requests will be honored up to seven days before the activity start date. A 10% processing fee will be assessed to individual refund requests.
Payments
We will confirm your place in the class you desire only after receiving payment.
For your convenience, we accept payment via the methods listed below:
- Pay with your credit card via PayPal
- Pay with and electronic funds transfer using PayPal
- Mail a check or money to our contact address
